Villa Castillon is located in Paradou, a small, quiet, renovated village in heart of the natural regional park of the Alpilles.Departure point for hiking and mountain biking with access to the massif from the village. Bakery, butcher's, small supermarket, bar, bike rental, hairdresser and Tuesday morning provencal market are all within 500 m.

Close to the center of Paradou, the single-storey house opens widely through bay windows onto a covered and shaded terrace.

With an area of 155 m² the air-conditioned house includes :

• Kitchen with central island and 4 high chairs, wine cellar, filter and Nespresso coffee maker, toaster and kettle, steam oven, traditional oven and microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine, American refrigerator.

• Dining room with table and 6 chairs, sideboard, sofa and beanbag, not usable decorative fireplace.

• Independent toilets with hand wash.

• TV lounge / library with 4-seater sofa, 2 armchairs in extension of the dining room.

• Parental suite with double bed (160 cm), cupboard, private bathroom with bathtub, washbasin, towel hand dryer and WC.

• Suite 2 with double bed (160 cm), private bathroom with shower, cupboard, washbasin, towel hand dryer.

• Suite 3 with two single beds (80 cm) or, if placed close together, a double bed (160 cm), chest of drawers, separate bathroom with shower, bathtub, double washbasin, WC.

Outside, garden of 1500 m² with :

• Private swimming pool (9.5 x 4.5 m) equipped with an alarm with bench and submerged stairs, solar shower.

• Wooden terrace with 6 sunbeds and two parasols.

• Dining terrace in front of the dining room with table and 6 chairs, plancha, LED parasol.

• Carport for 2 cars with a shuko electric plug (possibility of slow recharging for electric vehicle).

• Outdoor parking space for a 3rd car.

• Fish pond on the parking side.

PLEASE NOTE :

• Children under 6 years old: attention is required for the youngest on the fish pond and the pool (even with the alarm activated).

• The robotic mower must not be moved or obstructed during its mowing circuit, and it is of course forbidden to ride on it.

• Baby bed and high chair at disposal.

• Internet Access and Wifi

MISCELLANEOUS INFORMATION:

• Arrival : the reception is carried out by "le concierge en Provence" who will offer you various additional services to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

• Bed linen, towels, bath towels and dish towels are provided.

• Stay of more than one week : an intermediate cleaning is included.

• Pool technician comes twice a week to maintain the pool.

Rental from Saturday to Saturday in very high and high season. In medium and low season, arrival day is indifferent according to availability ( please contact us).

• Les Baux-de-Provence : classified as one of the most beautiful village in France! A real eagle's nest in the heart of the Alpilles.

• Les Carrières de Lumières : The immense underground quarries of Les Baux-de-Provence, world-famous for having served as the setting for Jean Cocteau's "Le testament d'Orphée", are also a place for a sound and light show not to be missed!

• Saint Rémy de Provence : the capital of the Alpilles and one of the oldest cities in France. Don't miss its Provencal market on Wednesday mornings.

• Eygalières :  It is perhaps the most beautiful village of the Alpilles, located on the northern edge of the massif at 10 km from Saint-Rémy-de-Provence.

• Fontvieille : It is the village where Alphonse Daudet wrote the famous "Lettres de Mon Moulin".

Not far from there, the ruins of a Roman aqueduct cross the Crau plain.

• Arles : famous for its many ruins dating from the Roman antiquity.

Arles and the region are also famous for having inspired the paintings of Van Gogh.

• La Camargue : its fauna, its flora and its festivals ...
